TELVA er et lite multimediabyrå i Skien, eid og drevet av Stein Ivar Ingebrigtsen. TELVA produserer motion graphics, illustrasjon og grafisk design.
Stein Ivar har en bachelor i visuell kommunikasjon (tidsbasert media) fra University of Central England in Birmingham.
Stein Ivar har bakgrunn som TV-produsent / grafisk designer i TV Telemark og har også undervist media og kommunikasjon ved Porsgrunn vgs og Hjalmar Johansen vgs.

In short, motion graphics is graphic design in motion. The final product is a video – an intersection of storytelling, typography, illustration, infographic, logo, image and animation. It has been seen everywhere from presentation, television, websites and onto social media.
